Founding partner Roxanne de Jesus will be a panelist in Basel on November 24, 2022, at an event addressing the issue of a common arbitration culture in the German-speaking countries. She will join Hannah Boehm, Wolfram Buchwitz, Dieter A. Hofmann, Michael Nueber and Meike von Levetzow on the panel "Dealing with information from arbitration respondents: document production, burden of proof and action by stages".
This unique event is jointly organized by the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
