Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz joined the panel discussion on "State of the Art in the Dispute Resolution Management in Construction Arbitration and Litigation: Modern Procedural Tool-Box", as part of the Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days in Warsaw, where the latest strategies in the field of dispute resolution management in the construction industry were discussed.
