Founding partner Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz and associate Caroline Strohmeier recently gave a lecture on "Setting Aside and Enforcing Arbitral Awards" at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) as part of the International Commercial Arbitration course taught in the Master's program Business Law.

The aim was to provide the students with an overview of the procedure and grounds for setting aside arbitral awards under Austrian law, as well as of the recognition and enforcement procedure under the New York Convention.
